Fantastic amazing and just sooooo worth it

Its location was amazing and the hotel was immaculate. The only downfall was that we had an early flight and reached the hotel at 7-8am and we had to wait over 3 hours for our room the staff were not very helpful but then did manage to sort something out after i waited over 2 hours. I would have expected to have a room straight away as we had been on the go for 24 hours and just needed to rest. After this the whole trip at Park Royal was fantastic couldnt have asked for anything better.

Water pressure is not well regulated, routinely check up required After my check in on 14th night, immediately I found Water flushing continuously through comets which I managed to stop by flush button but that could get worst due to overflowing on the floor so should check throughly Overall I am happy just a precautionary tips

Except for some shortcomings the hotel is very good! I advise it to other travelers.

Liked the location, friendly staff, good atmosphere at the reception. Beautiful view from the window.

All toiletries were provided for 1 person, although there were 2 people in the room. It is inconvenient that in the room at first there was only 1 chair. My room was not very comfortable bathroom. When you live in a room not alone, it is inconvenient to go straight from the shower to the common room. It would be better if the bathroom was closed by a door.

Nice and clean and well situated. Good staff.

We asked for a quiet room. There were 2 options - either to take a room at the back or a room facing the street. We were given the room at the back, but as we moved in ,we found that there was construction works going on which was very noisy. So , we requested to change room and were given a room on the road side. We could not sleep as the window pane is not sound proof. The next day we moved to a room at the back, Fortunately, they did not work during the night. But the air con was noisy. We suggest that the window panes are replaced and that the servicing is regularly done for the AC. Otherwise , most of the staff were hospitable and helpful.The afternoon tea service as well as the cocktail were great.

Good Hotel

The hotel was very nice and the staff was welcoming. The location was great. Only five minutes walk to Pavilion and 1 minute walk to Sungei Wan. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices for everyone! The room was big and we appreciated the free upgrade :)

We were there during the Chinese New Year and while they tried their best to accommodate everyone at the main breakfast place, it was so packed that we had to go to their member's club for breakfast and there the food offer was very limited.

A great hotel to stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent location near everything. Clean and staff were good. Breakfast was excellent and huge. The food taste good. The only thing is this is an extremely big and busy hotel, so expect huge crowds during the, breakfast, even early everywhere. It is absolutely the opposite of busy food street. Everywhere you look there are lots of people. If you can handle that then it is a good hotel.

The distance of the parking, far from the lobby. I have to park my car at president suite.

Staff are wonderful - very helpful and always have a smile on their face. Location is great too - beside lots of shopping and also close to transport. People have recently commented on the noise from building site next to hotel - honestly it's not that bad and blends into the background very quickly.

Convenient, superb staff, and good quality food + fitness center.

The fitness center had just about every machine to target every muscle group. The kettlebells were a massive plus and the staff beats out every hotel I’ve stayed at in KL, including five star hotels. The location is close to the MRL and you have nice restaurants and Berjaya just diagonal from where the hotel is located. Breakfast had a wide range of food.

Well, lots of construction is going on in the area, so for six days a week, you’re going to hear drilling if you’re on the backside of the hotel. I would suggest staying on the front side of it. The water was cut off for a day, but not a big issue. Other than that, I really can’t complain; however, I do believe there are other hotels in the area that you can possibly get a bigger room for with the money you spend here.

Excellent staff, location and shopping, shopping, shopping

Room large and comfortable. Orchid Club staff excellent. Chocolates on pillow a nice touch. Overall excellent stay in a very well appointed hotel. Very close to shopping and restaurants. And did I mention the shopping !!!!!!!!!

Only downside, and it wasn’t the hotels fault that there is a construction site right next door and was noisy. Staff wasted no time in re-locating us from the fifth to the twentieth floor which helped a bit.

Park Royal KL

Used the Orchard Club rooms for the first time and enjoyed the experience. The staff were excellent and tbe spread of food and drink was very good.The hotel is in a wonderful position for walking out for dinner and shoping and general site seeing.We enjoyed the suite. It was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

I think the hotel is now due for an upgrade it is starting to show its age . The bathroom we had was very dark and the toilet bowl was stained which wasnt a good look. It was also very difficult to flush the toilet completely in our bathroom. Unfortuantely we were unable to enjoy the pool area due to construction work next door ( noise and dust) although this is not directly their fault. I also felt that the blinds that were pulled fully down in the main bar area was not a good look from both the inside and definately the outside. It looked very tatty!.

Good value, good location - close to shopping

Completely renovated hotel, all the rooms, lobby and building exterior have all been recently redone so rooms are brand new. TV worked very well (Samsung) and had chromecast and screen mirroring, both worked very easily and quickly and the TV quality was good. Rooms were brand new, comfortable beds and fairly well appointed.

The bathroom is the downfall, the shower is amazing however there is a curtain not a door between the bedroom and the bathroom. The shower and toilet doors are clear glass so only one person can use the bathroom at a time, additionally the blind doesn't block the window completely so from the toilet you can see outside and therefore anyone outside could probably see in. We also only got one toilet roll with no spare so i had to get a spare from housekeeping which we ended up using. The reception layout is awkward too, there is three giant 'desks' so you just have to pick a line, you may get the slow line if you choose wrong as all 6 counters are seperate so there is no common line. There is also no signs at all for Park Royal inside the hotel so we weren't even sure we were at the right hotel, additionally a rude guest (Seemed to be from a certain communist country) pushed in and was very rude to the reception because their room wasn't ready before it was due to be ready. The receptionist apologised to us, not that it was her fault, although the lack of any seats at reception and the slow check in was a bit of a pain, please put seats at the reception for your staff and guests to sit on!

A brilliant stay.

Within easy walking distance of the Pavillion and other shopping areas. We requested an upgrade to the Orchid Club for a minimal fee and the service was fantastic. The room was spacious.

That they didn’t have a spare power outlet near the bed.
